On May 23rd, 2023, I had the opportunity to visit a Naturopathy clinic. Before this trip, I have never heard of naturopathy or any other form of alternative medicine. The tour was led by Dr. Sandeep, an assistant professor. He showed us different treatment rooms such as the massage therapy room, steam bath, underwater massage, and patient room. I learned of the various forms of therapies offered like hydrotherapy, chromotherapy, magnetotherapy, and fasting therapy. As someone who wants to enter the field of medicine, it's important for me to be aware of the different forms so that I can possibly use them in the future.
